Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Overnight Receiving Supervisor to direct warehouse operations across stores, supervising warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators.

The role manages daily freight planning to meet customer and inventory needs. The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center, strong communication and team-building skills, and proficiency with Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse scheduling to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Oversee warehouse activities: shipping, receiving, inventory control, and maintenance.
• Ensure safety programs and SOP adherence; manage disciplinary processes and training.
