POOLCORP is seeking candidates for its Management in Training - Operations (MIT) program in our distribution warehouses. You will receive six months of hands-on guidance across Operations, Purchasing and Leadership, with classroom sessions at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX.

Upon completion, graduates can pursue Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide. We look for a Bachelor's/Associate degree with a 2.5+ GPA, leadership or problem-solving experience, and willingness to relocate at company

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related, with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Experience in a leadership or problem-solving role.
• Willingness to relocate during/after the program (at company expense).
• Ability to travel 25% of the time and operate in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Ability to maneuver heavy equipment and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Receive hands-on training in Operations, Management, and Purchasing across the distribution center.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods, procedures, and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors, service providers, and customers to learn the business.
• Participate in EDGEucation Center sessions on operations, leadership, and systems.
• Present a comprehensive final project to senior management after 6 months.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
