DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a team within our warehouse operations. You will drive efficient workflows, manage labor plans, and ensure safety and compliance while guiding a high-performing team toward improved productivity and cost control.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support hiring, and focus on exceptional customer satisfaction through reliable order fulfillment and strong leadership within a large logistics network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plans, and standardize processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a safety culture.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy.
• Foster open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with HR and site leadership on the hiring process for Supervisors.
• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and strong customer satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns in partnership with customers.
