Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team and drive efficient warehouse operations. You will develop workflows, manage labor plans, and uphold safety standards across a large network in the US.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, KPI reporting, and strong customer focus to exceed expectations and maintain DHL’s leadership in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, and processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote safety culture.
• Compile KPI reports and provide insights for decisions.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with Human Resources for supervisor hiring.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
