DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse warehouse team, implement efficient workflows, and drive safety and operational excellence across our network.

You will coach Supervisors, develop labor plans, standardize processes, and deliver KPI insights to support decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year logistics industry experience.
• 2 years supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy, to support decision-making.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure effective hiring of Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Proactively address customer concerns to achieve high satisfaction.
