Responsibilities include optimizing workflows, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer orders. The role emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and talent development to sustain DHL’s leading position in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will possess experience in production, warehousing, and logistics operations.
• Management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience with safety standards and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports by coaching and supporting as needed, fostering inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations to promote a safe work environment.
• Compile KPI reports (productivity, accuracy) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with HR to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors and top talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and high customer satisfaction.
