DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team and optimize warehouse operations. You will guide supervisors and indirect reports, implement efficient workflows and labor plans while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

You'll develop KPI reports to drive continuous improvement and partner with HR to hire top talent. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and maintain DHL’s leadership in contract logistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with P&L management and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, guiding a culture of inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and associates for transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to ensure thorough hiring of Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and enhance satisfaction.
