Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a Supervisors team and optimize warehouse operations. You will develop workflows, plan labor, and drive efficiency while upholding safety standards, health & safety regulations, and strong customer satisfaction.

You will work with HR on hiring, mentor staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, providing coaching and support to foster inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardized processes, and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with leadership and HR to ensure a thorough hiring process for Supervisors and top talent alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and exceed expectations.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
