DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports in our warehouse operations. You will develop workflows, manage labor plans, and standardize processes to improve productivity and lower costs while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required or preferred in logistics/operations.
• Minimum 1+ years in logistics industry and 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with P&L management and project leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and inclusion.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy to support decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors and align talent with values and job requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Build strong partnerships with customers to address concerns and drive satisfaction.
