Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, and standardized processes.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across leadership and staff.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership on Supervisor hiring.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders timely.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and drive satisfaction.
