Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of supervisors, develop efficient workflows, and drive safety and operational excellence across our warehouses.

You will partner with human resources and site leadership to hire top talent, compile KPI reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience; required.
• 2+ years supervisory/management experience; required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile KPI reports and provide insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with values and job requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and improve satisfaction.
