Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities, ensure safety and efficiency, and manage staff across a busy distribution site in Chehalis, WA. The role requires a proven track record in warehouse leadership and the ability to balance budgets with operational needs.

You will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, negotiating carrier rates, and maintaining accurate data entry and reporting to corporate.

Qualifications

• Warehouse/Logistics or Supply Chain leadership experience is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carriers and manage site operations.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Schedule shifts based on customer requirements and budgets.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and manage payroll records.
