Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Proven high-level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organized with solid prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
• Experience reading P&L statements and budgeting awareness.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives and manage site operations.
• Lead daily site activities prioritizing safety and efficiency.
• Balance daily deposits; maintain logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit labor and billing reports; ensure customer needs are met daily.
• Document and resolve customer or associate issues; enforce Capstone rules.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and manage budgets with the team.
• Schedule shifts, interview and train new associates.
• Oversee data entry, closeouts, payroll records per SOPs.
