Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with carrier representatives.
• Lead daily operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepare daily deposits and balance cash accordingly.
• Create and transmit daily work logs to corporate.
• Audit labor and billing reports to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure customer needs are met on a daily basis and resolve issues.
• Supervise policy and safety rule compliance.
• Hold weekly safety meetings and drive associate participation.
• Assist in managing site and departmental budgets.
