Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in the United States, with safety and efficiency as top priorities.

You will manage the site crew, schedule shifts, hire/train staff, and oversee budgets, payroll, and performance reporting, requiring 3+ years of leadership in distribution/transportation.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management and leadership experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong organization and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing warehouse conditions.
• Budget management experience and ability to read P&L statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Communicate daily with associates about service levels, accountability, and performance.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
• Audit daily labor and billing and ensure customer needs are met.
• Supervise data entry, payroll records, and closeouts per policy.
• Interview, hire, and train new associates; schedule shifts.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and enforce Capstone rules.
