Job summary

Capstone Logistics seeks a Warehouse Site Manager to lead daily warehouse operations in the Pittsburgh area. You will oversee safety, efficiency, and service level performance, while coordinating schedules, budgets, and staff development.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service, and decision-making under dynamic warehouse conditions. Responsibilities include training new hires, conducting weekly safety meetings, auditing labor and billing, and ensuring accurate data entry and

Qualifications

3 years of management and leadership in an industrial setting.
Ability to train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates.
Excellent interpersonal communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
Proven supervision experience of warehouse employees including Hiring, Training, and Termination.
Warehousing, Logistics or Third-Party experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Run site with safety and efficiency as priorities.
Daily communications with associates on service levels, accountability, pay, and performance.
Create daily work logs and transmit them to corporate.
Audit daily labor and billing reports.
Ensure customer needs are met daily.
Document and resolve customer service or associate issues daily.
Hold weekly safety meetings and ensure participation.
Assist in managing Site and Departmental budget.
Schedule associate shifts based on customer requirements.
Interview, hire, and train new associates.
Supervise data entry for all services performed.
Complete daily closeout, including cash balancing, data upload, and payroll records.
