Responsibilities include negotiating rates with carriers, maintaining accurate data entry, budgeting support, supervising shifts, training new associates, and ensuring customer needs are met daily.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience in an industrial distribution/transportation setting.
• BS/BA or Associate Degree; higher education preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates with common carrier representatives.
• Manage site operations with safety and efficiency as priorities.
• Balance daily bank deposits and ensure accurate data entry.
• Create daily work logs and transmit to corporate.
