Job summary

Cencora in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Warehouse Supervisors and teams. You will plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of warehouse operations in RF-enabled or non-RF environments, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance with regard to controlled substances and hazardous materials.

The role reports to the Warehouse leadership team and requires strong analytical, budgeting, and leadership abilities, with flexibility for extended hours and weekend on-call

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Requires 5+ years directly related experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Willing to work extended hours and participate in weekend on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse activities to ensure efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing inventory.
• Maintains process management, productivity measures, and quality controls.
• Reviews, tracks and analyzes critical success measures and plans improvements.
• Responds to production problems by implementing solutions.
• Enforces compliance with all policies, procedures, safety rules and government regulations.
• Studies current and future needs related to receiving, stocking, inventory, returns, shipping, and order filling; suggests improvements.
• Prepares or assists in department budget and manages to the budget.
• Ensures cleanliness of facility.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
