Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse teams and oversee key operations in the Distribution Center. You will direct receiving, shipping, picking, packing and inventory records while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of progressive warehouse experience, with a willingness to work Sundays and extended shifts. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum two years of related and progressively responsible experience.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekend on-call rotation as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, checking and stocking.
• Maintains records of deliveries, routes, and order fulfillment accuracy.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Manages attendance, performance and overtime for the area.
