Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Drug Corporation in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a qualified supervisor for a distribution role. The onsite position requires Sunday 1 pm start, with a shift from Monday to Thursday 3:00 pm, and flexibility for business needs.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with no remote option. Requires a four-year bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of directly related experience, including 2+ years in supervision.

Sign On Bonus: $5,000

Shift: Sunday 1 pm start, Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm until or complete Please note, flexibility in schedule will be required based on business needs, this can include working different hours or days.

Location: This position is located onsite at our facility in Bethlehem, PA. There is no option for remote or hybrid work. This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Education

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Work Experience

Requires 5+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience, including 2+ years at a supervisory level.

Skills and Knowledge

Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with distribution center associates; foster teamwork, coach and develop employees. Must be willing to work extended hours, take part in weekend on-call rotation, as needed, to meet productivity goals and provide emergency service to customers. Must be willing to participate in physical inventory, as scheduled. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Good negotiating skills. Good decision-making and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of warehouse operations and systems, engineered standards and regulatory compliance matters. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work in a production-driven environment. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Knowledge of computers to operate effectively in Microsoft Office products.
