Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Lockbourne, OH facility. You will hire, direct, and evaluate associates, oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and the cage/vault, and ensure accuracy of records and controlled substances handling.

You will coach staff, enforce safety and DEA compliance, monitor workflows, and collaborate with customers to resolve issues. This full-time role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, and willingness to work extended hours,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years directly related warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, terminate, direct and assess warehouse associates.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory control.
• Ensure safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and overtime.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, routes, and material logs.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve delivery and order issues.
