Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Receiving Supervisor in Bethlehem, PA to lead daily receiving and inventory operations on days, Monday–Friday, 4:30am start? The role focuses on ensuring accurate stock levels, efficient workflow, and strong team leadership within the distribution services framework.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics, with proven communication and leadership abilities. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution or logistics (receiving or inventory control).
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work schedules and workflow in receiving and inventory.
• Lead catalog and ordering interface processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve escalated customer and operational issues across stakeholders.
• Facilitate warehouse and staging area organization to improve safety and efficiency.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and planning accuracy.
• Improve day-to-day workflow through process improvements and team guidance.
• Guide team execution to reinforce accountability and timely completion of tasks.
