Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage a distribution center team in the United States. You will lead hiring, training, and performance, while overseeing core warehouse functions including receiving, shipping, and inventory control.

Responsibilities also include ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, coaching staff, and maintaining detailed shipment records to support timely delivery to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities; proven decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, terminate, direct and evaluate warehouse associates.
• Oversee receiving, shipping, picking, packing and inventory control; manage cage/vault and control substances records.
• Ensure safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed; maintain compliance.
