Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Bethlehem, PA. This role leads the receiving, picking, packing, and shipping teams, ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety and DEA regulations. You will develop staff, monitor workflows, and manage records for controlled substances and deliveries.

The position requires strong leadership, operational know-how, and the ability to work extended hours with on-call rotation to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar fields, typically a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of related, progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and motivates, trains and monitors warehouse associates.
• Monitors processes and suggests changes to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Coaches employees for development in the role.
• Oversees receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and cage/vault operations.
• Maintains records of delivery processes and order fulfillment.
• Oversees route manifests to ensure timely delivery.
• May interact with customers to resolve delivery or order issues.
• Maintains accuracy of packing and order documentation.
• Oversees attendance, performance, and overtime across the area.
