Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the Bethlehem area to oversee receiving, inventory control, and daily workflow in our distribution centers. You will lead teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure safety and accuracy in material handling while driving efficiency and service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse operations, distribution, or inventory control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work schedules and workflow in receiving and inventory.
• Lead catalog and ordering interface processes for setup accuracy.
• Resolve escalated issues across stakeholders with judgment and follow-through.
• Facilitate warehouse organization to improve safety and visibility.
• Monitor stock levels to maintain material availability and planning.
• Improve day-to-day workflow through process enhancements and guidance.
• Guide team execution to reinforce accountability and deadlines.
