Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Bethlehem, PA to lead daily warehouse operations and a team of associates. The role focuses on directing workflow, training staff, and maintaining accurate records for receiving, picking, packing and shipments, including controlled substances.

Qualifications

• Requires broad training in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar.
• Minimum two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively as a leader, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Directs the workflow, motivates, trains and monitors the performance of warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, picking, packing, counting and records for controlled substances.
• Maintains accurate logs and records of deliveries, time, quantity, source and destination.
• Ensures safety guidelines, DEA regulations and policy compliance are followed.
• Coaches staff to support development and meets productivity goals.
