Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the Bethlehem, PA distribution center. You will supervise warehouse supervisors and teams, plan and manage all warehousing activities, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

The role requires 5+ years in warehousing with 2+ in a supervisory capacity, plus a four-year degree or equivalent experience. No remote work; onsite with a Sunday start and rotating hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Willingness to work extended hours and participate in weekend on-call rotation.
• Experience with inventory control, safety compliance and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse activities to ensure efficient storage and distribution.
• Manage budget planning and cost controls for the department.
• Monitor performance, coach staff and promote employee growth.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper handling of regulated materials.
• Drive process improvements to reduce errors and improve service levels.
