CTDI is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, driving efficiency, safety, and P&L performance in a high-volume environment. The role requires leadership across multiple departments, ensuring KPI targets and SLA adherence while coordinating with corporate and cross-functional teams.

The position emphasizes policy development, inventory optimization, and staff leadership, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership in warehouse/distribution/manufacturing or service environments.
• Proficient in managing workload, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Able to work independently and proactively in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and influence all levels.
• Problem-solving with strategic mindset and focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping to ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow, improve productivity, and enhance efficiency.
• Manage reports, data analysis, and daily P&L reporting; participate in daily P&L calls with Corporate management.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize inventory processes to minimize stockouts and costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting that meets customer expectations.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to foster a high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to coordinate operations and meet customer requirements.
• Communicate with Corporate management and customers to ensure SLAs and resolve issues promptly.
• Engage in employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Provide support for escalated issues during shifts and with corporate resources when needed.
• Use WMS and other tools to track performance and generate reports for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
