Job summary

CTDI, a large-scale Engineering, Repair, and Logistics company, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for its Fort Worth warehouse. The role oversees day-to-day operations, production processes, budgets, and strategic efficiency improvements.

You will lead a high-volume team, coordinate cross-functional work, and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met while maintaining a safe and compliant environment. CTDI offers strong benefits and a team-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience, including P&L/budgets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to analyze data and trends.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Capable of leading a warehouse team and driving continuous improvement.
• General knowledge of OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline workflow and productivity.
• Manage reports, daily P&L, and participate in management calls.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and reporting accuracy.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff and provide coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and SLAs.
• Communicate with management and customers to resolve issues.
• Support escalations and coordinate with corporate resources for improvements.
• Utilize WMS and other tools to track performance and generate reports.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as required.
