Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate execution. You will drive P&L results, develop policies to improve efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience with P&L and budgets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping).
• Develop and implement policies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Manage reports, daily P&L, and KPI performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff; provide training and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer SLAs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
