CTDI is seeking a Sr. Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient inbound/outbound handling while driving productivity and cost controls. The role partners with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Key duties include supervising receiving, storage, and shipping; monitoring KPIs; maintaining regulatory compliance; and leading staff with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years warehousing/distribution management experience.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Broad understanding of business operations and strategies.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Proficient in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• OSHA standards and workplace safety knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Monitor performance against daily KPIs and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with customer requirements and processing times.
• Communicate with management and customers to ensure SLAs.
• Manage inventory accuracy via cycle counts and controls.
• Lead warehouse staff and foster a positive work environment.
• Assist in labor planning, scheduling, and P&L forecasting.
