Job summary

CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse activities in Washington, PA. The role oversees production processes, budgets, and efficiency initiatives to meet KPI and SLA targets.

The position requires 5+ years of leadership in high-volume environments, strong data analysis, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office. Collaborative, safety-conscious, and results-driven candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in high-volume ops with P&L/budgets.
• Proficient in managing a demanding workload and meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills to analyze data and trends.
• Independent and proactive in warehouse setting.
• Proficient in WMS, inventory software, and MS Office.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to influence at all levels.
• Problem-solving with strategic, continuous-improvement focus.
• Knowledge of Project Management and deadlines.
• General knowledge of OSHA Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities ensuring timely, accurate execution.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and efficiency.
• Manage reports, daily P&L reporting and participate in P&L calls.
• Monitor inventory levels; optimize stock movements to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate customer-focused reporting.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service.
• Communicate with management and customers to meet SLAs.
