Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Sr Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations. The role emphasizes optimizing efficiency, productivity, and profitability across departments, with P&L involvement and KPI leadership.

You will lead multi-department teams, report to senior management, and collaborate with corporate to resolve escalations. Strong WMS experience and OSHA familiarity are preferred, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency with WMS, inventory software, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of multiple departments and branches to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance and initiatives.
• Communicate with corporate and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and efficiency.
• Oversee financial performance and participate in daily P&L calls.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and minimize holding costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff with training and feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, procurement, customer service).
• Address employee relations and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide escalation support during shifts and with corporate resources.
• Utilize WMS and analytics tools for tracking and reporting.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and a safe environment.
