CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager for our 2nd shift in Indiana to oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, drive productivity, and ensure adherence to SLAs and budgets. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L reporting, and implement policies to optimize workflows and inventory control.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership in high-volume distribution environments, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS and office software.

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years of leadership in high-volume warehouse environments.
• Experience with P&L/budgets and cost control.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities for data-driven decisions.
• Capable of independent, proactive work in a warehouse setting.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory software, and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Solid understanding of Project Management and prioritizing deadlines.
• General knowledge of OSHA Standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow, productivity, and efficiency.
• Manage reports, daily P&L reporting, and KPI tracking; participate in daily calls.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs and provide performance feedback to staff.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and health & safety regulations.
• Utilize WMS and other tools for tracking and analysis.
