CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and manage P&L responsibilities on a first-shift schedule. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize inventory, and ensure SLA adherence.

The role emphasizes policy development, data-driven decision-making, and effective collaboration with corporate teams to sustain high performance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership in high-volume environments.
• Experience with P&L/budgets and cost control.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and MS Office.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate teams across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and implement policies to streamline workflow and productivity.
• Manage reports and daily P&L reporting, including corporate calls.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements/costs.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff with training and feedback.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
