CTDI is seeking an Operations Manager for the 2nd shift to lead warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and manage P&L responsibilities. You will oversee production processes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering outstanding service levels.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse leadership, strong data analysis skills, and hands-on experience with WMS and inventory control systems. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or similar environment with P&L/budgets.
• Proven ability to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and lead a diverse team.
• Proficiency with WMS, inventory control software, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Develop and implement policies and standards to streamline workflow and improve efficiency.
• Manage reports and daily P&L, including participation in daily calls with management.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize costs.
• Meet or exceed daily KPIs with accurate reporting to customers.
