Job summary

POOLCORP in Webster, TX, offers the Warehouse Operations Management Trainee program, an entry‑level, hands‑on track in our distribution warehouse. You will receive six months of guided training across Operations, Purchasing and Leadership to prepare for future supervisory roles.

Starting January 2027 on-site, with relocation support, the program leads toward Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Leadership and/or problem solving experience in roles or internships.
• Willingness to relocate during/after program (company expense).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe and learn methods, procedures and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors, service providers and customers to learn the pool supply business.
• Participate in classroom training at the EDGEucation Center in Plano, TX.
• Present a comprehensive report to senior management at program end.
