POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Operations Management Trainee in Huntingdon Valley, PA. The six-month MIT program provides hands-on exposure to all distribution center areas, with classroom sessions at the EDGEucation Center in Plano and on-site training in Pennsylvania.

Graduates may move into Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide. Candidates should have at least a 2.5 GPA and be willing to relocate with company support; travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline with a minimum 2.5 GPA.
• Experience in a leadership or problem-solving role.
• Willingness to relocate during and after the program (at company expense) and travel up to 25%.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training across Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn methods and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors, service/maintenance, and customers to learn our business.
• Deliver a final presentation to senior management upon program completion.
