Job summary

POOLCORP’s Warehouse Operations Management Trainee program in Lees Summit, MO offers a six-month, hands-on MIT track in distribution warehouse operations, aimed at developing future leaders in operations. You will gain exposure to purchasing, management and daily warehousing tasks while supported by structured training and expert mentors.

Graduates can progress to Operations Supervisor or Manager roles nationwide, with relocation assistance and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain Management, Management, Operations or related discipline.
• Minimum GPA 2.5.

Responsibilities

• Receive hands-on training in Operations, Management and Purchasing.
• Observe experienced staff to learn procedures and performance standards.
• Shadow contractors/builders, service/maintenance, and retail store customers to learn the business.
• Deliver a final presentation to senior management after the MIT program.
• Relocation out of state may be required with company assistance.
