Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee employee performance, and ensure world‑class service, safety, and productivity in a fast‑paced distribution environment. As a hands‑on leader, you will coach teams, optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and support customer fulfillment objectives while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; 5:30 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related operations.
Minimum 1 year of supervisory or people management experience.
Experience managing warehouse workflows: shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
Working knowledge of WMS.
MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Proven ability to motivate and develop frontline employees.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
Supervise day-to-day activities including Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, and Order Fulfillment.
Coordinate workload and staffing to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service levels.
Promote a safe work environment compliant with OSHA regulations.
