Job summary

Ingram Micro, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, drive safety, and ensure world-class service and productivity.

You will oversee performance, optimize workflows, and maintain inventory accuracy while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. The role demands hands-on leadership, experience in distribution centers or fulfillment operations, and a track record of coaching teams to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, or operations environments.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, and asset refurbishment and processing.
• Ensure orders and technology assets are accurately received, processed, stored, picked, packed, tested, and shipped.
• Coordinate workload and staffing priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
• Monitor KPIs: Productivity, Quality, Inventory Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, On-Time Shipping, Throughput.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence initiatives.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment compliant with OSHA regulations and company policies.
