Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee performance, and ensure world-class service, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities include supervising receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment, driving continuous improvement, and fostering teamwork across the site. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 10% annual target bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations environments.
• 1+ year of supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities: Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, Material Handling, Order Fulfillment, Reverse Logistics.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and best practices.
• Promote safety and compliance; ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
