Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee team performance, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. This hands-on role focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting customer fulfillment with accountability and continuous improvement.

You will drive team development, coordinate resources, and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels across a high-volume distribution

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related roles.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/lead experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows (shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling).
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet goals.
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities: receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, and order fulfillment.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits; monitor KPIs.
• Promote a safe, compliant, and clean work environment; enforce OSHA standards.
• Coordinate workload and staffing to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
