Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in warehouse/logistics/supply chain operations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/lead experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows (receiving, shipping, inventory, handling).
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and best practices.
• Promote safety and ensure OSHA compliance and a clean, organized workplace.
