Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee performance, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards. The role requires 5+ years in warehouse or logistics and at least 1 year of people management, with experience in WMS and IT asset disposition environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related operations.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or people management experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows (shipping, receiving, inventory, material handling).
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Proven ability to motivate, coach and develop frontline employees.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Create a positive, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching, training, and ongoing development of team members.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for operational and employee-related issues.
• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage operations, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, and asset refurbishment.
• Ensure orders and technology assets are received, processed, stored, picked, packed, tested, and shipped per standards.
• Coordinate workload and staffing priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
