Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee performance, and ensure world-class service, safety, and productivity standards are achieved. This hands-on leader will optimize workflows, maintain inventory accuracy, and support customer fulfillment objectives while fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 2:30PM - 12:00AM.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or logistics roles.
• At least 1 year of supervision or people management.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Working knowledge of WMS and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates to meet goals.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
• Promote OSHA-compliant safety practices across all operations.
