Job summary

Ingram Micro seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, coach a team, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity. The role focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting customer fulfillment objectives.

The position requires 5+ years in related environments and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with strong WMS and MS Office skills. Schedule: Mon-Fri 2:30PM-12:00AM; Base salary plus bonus and shift differential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, fulfillment, or operations.
At least 1 year of supervisory/lead experience.
Experience managing warehouse workflows including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Outlook/Word).
Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop frontline employees.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and material handling.
Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory control best practices.
Promote safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.
