Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, driving safety, productivity, quality and efficiency. You will coach associates, oversee receiving, shipping, inventory control and refurbishment workflows, and help ensure customer expectations are met through continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

You will lead teams in a fast-paced distribution environment, manage KPIs, and partner with leadership to support business objectives

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience leading warehouse teams in fast-paced distribution or refurbishment environments.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate frontline employees and foster accountability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, storage, and material handling.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
• Plan and coordinate shipping and receiving schedules to optimize workflow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and established inventory control procedures.
• Ensure materials and technology assets are received, tested, stored, picked, packed, and shipped per company standards.
• Maintain compliance with warehouse safety policies, OSHA regulations, and SOPs.
