Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities, drive safety and efficiency, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will supervise associates, oversee inventory, and coordinate receiving and shipping while promoting continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in warehouse logistics, strong WMS and MS Office skills, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments; associate/bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in warehouse, distribution or logistics.
• Leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving and shipping.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates to meet safety and performance goals.
• Plan shipping/receiving schedules to optimize workflow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure materials are tested, stored, picked, packed and shipped per standards.
• Maintain safety compliance with OSHA and company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, space, and labor efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues as escalation point.
• Track KPIs like productivity and order fulfillment; take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on initiatives.
