Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, driving safety, productivity, quality, and operational excellence. You will oversee inventory, plan shipping/receiving, and mentor associates to achieve service goals.

You will ensure compliance with OSHA and company procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in warehouse/distribution/logistics.
• At least 3 years in warehouse operations.
• 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and storage.
• Coach and develop warehouse associates to meet safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
• Plan and coordinate shipping/receiving schedules to optimize workflow and on-time delivery.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, space utilization, and labor efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues as escalation point for staff.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to support business objectives.
